Set in a beautiful country village which is peaceful and picturesque and yet on the main road through the village and so is easy to find. Perfect for walking holidays as there are many footpaths and Bridlepaths. Village pub offering home made food most days. Very peaceful environment.

Contained within a converted 19th century Chapel/School this modern single ground floor annex provides a restful haven for weary travellers. With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out. If you fancy a short stroll, the Hare and Hounds pub provides excellent food and entertainment, and there are direct buses to Leeds, Wakefield, Elland Road and the White Rose Centre.

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
