Upstairs you can find two bedrooms, one bathroom and two balconies. Downstairs are updated kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a beautiful covered terrace with BBQ in the backyard.

There are several pools in the area and a public beach within a walking distance. Convenient stores and coffee shops are there too. The building itself located in the family friendly gated community with 24 hours security and free parking.
