Detached house - central, 5 bdrs, garden, parking

The detached (free standing) house is in a quiet location in Zurich Seebach, the city center easily reachable by public transport or car. The house has a large private garden, 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Private parking for one car is included. Public bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants all are less than 5 mins by foot. A fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, cable TV as well as washing machine and dryer are available and free of charge. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house.

Das Apartment ist ein am Haupthaus angebautes Atelier, mit eigenem Eingang, einem schönen Garten und einer Gartenlounge zur Mitbenutzung. Ist 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oberglatt entfernt mit direkter Zugverbindungen zum Hauptbahnhof ZH 17 Min. Der Flughafen Kloten ist in 19 Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, mit dem Auto ca. 10 Min.

Avec nous, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin d'un sèche-cheveux, Internet sans fil, télévision par câble et machine à café Nespresso et d'un réfrigérateur et table à manger. Un parking pour votre voiture et d'un patio vous invitent à la flânerie. Notre maison peut accueillir 6 personnes dans 3 chambres séparées.

Bitte beachten Sie: Die Unterkunft hat keine Küche und keine Mikrowelle. ​Gelegen im ländlichen Hochfelden, erreichen Sie den Flughafen Zürich mit dem Auto in 15 und die City in 40 Minuten. Alternativ fährt regelmässig ein Bus zum Bahnhof Bülach. Von dort gibt es direkte Verbindungen nach Zürich und an den Flughafen (ca. 45min Reisezeit). Für eine komfortablere An- und Abreise biete ich zudem einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Zürich und City.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Experience a traditional historic Swiss home, ideally located outside Zurich in the heart of a lovely country village with enchanting buildings and close to the village church with its lovely bells. A 25 min. drive to the city Centre or airport of Zurich or a 5 min. walk to the train station. Take advantage of frequent trains to the airport or anywhere else in Switzerland. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this old farm house.

Eigenständiges Studio im Bauernhaus

Das Studio ist in einem historischen Bauernhaus integriert, mitten in wunderschöner Natur, jedoch Nähe Flughafen und Nähe Zürich mit guten Bus-/Zugverbindungen. Im Bauernhaus, im anderen Teil, ist auch mein Zuhause und über dem Studio ist meine Keramikwerkstatt. Das Studio verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für kurze sowie längere Aufenthalte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.

Liebe Gäste Unsere Unterkunft ist eine 2- Zimmer Wohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung mit privatem Eingang und Parkplatz. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Gäste und liegt vor den Toren der Stadt Zürich (30 Minuten bis Zürich-HB, Airport 30min Zug, 20 Min Auto). Zur Erholung befindet sich in der nähe das Naturschutzgebiet Katzensee.
