The building dates to the 1870s and is on the historic registry. However, the Studio space is beautifully decorated in a modern motif with one of a kind art throughout. A historic cabin set in the forest with a private lake. It is only a few mins away from the beautiful town of Milford, PA. You can either pet with my animals , fishing, boating in the private lake , enjoy the serenity of nature or get out and explore. hiking, skiing at Shawnee, white water rafting on the Delaware Rive. horseback riding in the state park, shopping in WoodburyOutlets and various restaurants around. Whatever you choose, this house is a great pick for the nature lover in everyone!

You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.
