Located only 3-5 miles down maintained, gravel roads, this late 1800s home is just 30 miles from College Station, nestled between more than 20 wedding venues within a 20 mile radius, and it's close to a few wineries. Approximately 7 miles to the Aggie Expressway. You'll find yourself surrounded by serenity and gorgeous, country views on acres upon acres of property you can explore. You'll also enjoy rocking on the front porch that overlooks rolling pastures.

Newly remodeled, spacious country cottage on eight acres. Beautiful stone barrel kitchen, open floor plan living room, breakfast area, formal dining room area to spend time with the family. New furniture in the common areas and in the primary room. Luxurious master bathroom and extra full bath. Stay includes clean linens, towels toiletries, WIFI, TV, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and two-car garage. Extra fees will be added if pet damage any area or to do an extra clean. Pet fee $75 under 50lbs.

Wantabe Ranch, settle in for a peaceful evening

This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .
