The apartment is truly a lovely space. It’s right by the beach and is in a very quiet and calm area. There’s lovely restaurants around but it doesn’t get noisy (atleast when we visited). The beach is just a hop away. You don’t even need to carry anything with you. You can just hop back for anything at all. We visited during an almost off season period so our experience was a calm and peaceful one. The Big Ben restaurant was right next to the place and the food and drinks there were lovely. The host is extremely responsive. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. There was lots of bits like laundry detergent, softener, cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar and pots/pans/dishes/glasses which was all very useful.

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Superbe appartement, la vue est magnifique. Vous pouvez vous balader facilement le long de la côté et trouver bon nombre de restaurants abordables et de très bonne qualité. Nevena est très réactive pour vous guider et répondre à vos demandes. Je recommande chaudement.

Öncelikle Dragana mükemmel bir insan, konaklama boyunca bir eksiğimiz var mı diye hep iletişimde kaldı. Mekan çok güzeldi ve insanlar harikaydi. Doğa severseniz eğer mükemmel tercih diyebilirim. Evin altında çok tatlı bir kafe var orda bir şeyler yiyip içmek çok keyifliydi. Markete çok yakın aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.

Приятное жилье с красивым видом. Совсем недалеко от старого города, минут 10-15 пешком вдоль залива. Вдали от шума. По пути есть магазины и пекарня. Само жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственная особенность, которая может не понравится — жилье находится на горе и нужно подниматься. Все остальное просто отлично и соответствует. Также хозяин предложил заселение раньше, в удобное мне время.

George iyi bir ev sahibiydi, sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Evde yeterli mutfak malzemesi mevcuttu. Genel olarak temizdi. Konumu güzeldi, biz araç kiraladık, eve yakın ücretsiz otopark mevcuttu, her yere yakın bir noktadaydı. Biz tatilimiz boyunca güzel zaman geçirdik, tekrar gitmek isterim :)

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

Wir durften traumhaft schöne Tage im Fischerhaus von Tripo und Mila verbringen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Den tatsächlichen Luxus bietet diese wunderbare Terrasse mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick. Dadurch hat man einen privaten Rückzugsort, was nach einem aktiven Tag besonders wohltuend ist. Die kleine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke bietet frische und sehr leckere Backwaren an. Hervorzuheben ist zudem die komplikationslose und einfache Kommunikation mit Mila. Sie antwortet auf jede Frage äußerst schnell und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns ernstgenommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen wärmstens empfehlen, die diese tolle und abwechslungsreiche Region für sich erkunden wollen.

Teljesen megfelelt minden elvárásunknak. Nem találhattak volna jobb szállást 14 főre! Nagyszerű felosztás, ami biztosítja a magánszférát is. Mindennel felszerelt konyha, minimum 1 légkondícionáló minden szinten. A terasz árnyékos, így minden napszakban használható!

Our vacation in this house was just fine! Everything was in accordance with the description and photos. The house retains the historic style of the house, yet everything inside is quite modern. The balcony truly has a great view and it was wonderful both morning and evening. People often took pictures of us having breakfast on the balcony, further proving the cool location and atmosphere of the house! The private parking lot at the house was a great advantage. Plus there is a small area in front of the house where you can sunbathe after swimming. The only disadvantages are the large number of cars that constantly drive right in front of the windows and the noise from which sometimes disturbs. In addition, in my opinion, the house allows to accommodate more guests, which would more justify the price. Despite this I highly recommend this house to all travelers, especially if you want to feel the real spirit of Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was in a perfect location, peaceful, beautiful, with a lovely promenade that led straight to the center of Kotor. It was a very pleasant walk that I enjoyed every day. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and we had a great chat. What made my stay even more special was the presence of their adorable cats – especially the charming Miss Serafina, who kept me company and completely stole my hearts. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could possibly need. I truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

Daniel est très serviable et disponible. L’arrivée s’est très bien déroulée. La vue du penthouse est tout simplement époustouflante avec une terrasse gigantesque. La piscine est très agréable et aucun vis à vis. La baignade dans les bouches du kotor, juste en face de la maison est très agréable et très pratique. Le penthouse était très propre et très bien équipé. Daniel nous a mis quelques attentions personnelles dans le réfrigérateur. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Je recommande fortement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

This apartment was perfect for our needs — plenty of space, beautiful view, and immediate access to the sea. Its location made for easy access to nearby Kotor and Perast. Ilija was a gracious host and very responsive throughout the stay. We really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond, even accommodating a last minute change to our plans. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views! Only about 10 minutes from Kotor or Perast. Highly recommended renting a car for easier access to these places .

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Ana Marija and Marina were excellent communicators. Clear directions for access to the beautiful condo. Great location and good size for our family of three. Marina helped with a taxi back to airport after our stay and Igor the taxi driver -come- tour guide was a highlight of our holiday! If you get a taxi please get the hosts to set you up with Igor! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area. Thank you for being fabulous hosts and I wish you well for the season ahead.
