Relax on the screened porch or patio & take in the waterfront views, launch kayaks or paddle boards, and fish from the shared boat ramp—all just steps away from your front door. The cottage is next door to the main house near boat ramp.

Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.
