Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

Salendo tre rampe di antichissime scale si entra nella grande sala da pranzo con libreria che caratterizza questo appartamento. La cucina, dalla quale si accede a un terrazzo con vista incantevole, è dotata di tutto il necessario per la preparazione di deliziosi pasti in autonomia. La zona notte è composta da tre camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Ogni stanza, finemente arredata, gode di vista panoramica. Salendo altre due rampe di scale si accede alla torre, adibita al relax con poltrone e TV.
