A great stay in an adorable apartment! Hosts are on site and very responsive.

We love this rental! It is out in the country, and peaceful, but close enough to the city where you can find all the conveniences. This unit has nice clean tested spring water to drink from the tap. And the pool table and yard gives our family plenty to do. The unit is also spacious enough to where if someone is taking and shower, or watching TV it does not bother others sleeping. We look forward to coming back again!!

We have stayed at Rob’s a few times and are always comfortable. He is a very responsive host and has provided everything you need for your stay.

Alexander’s place was by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed since using this platform. It felt like a fusion between an upscale hotel and an actual living space that one could call home. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating to my situation which required instant booking. He replied immediately and was super welcoming and helpful each and everyday. This is my go to spot when in the area again, undoubtedly.

Awesome place and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They really thought of every detail. Will stay again if we get the opportunity!

Liked the location of this apartment, fantastic view of the snow capped mountains as you pull out of the complex. Comfortable size apartment with all the required amenities. Only noticeable issue being in an apartment complex is one can hear the footsteps and music from people living above you, not much anyone can do about it. Otherwise we had a very good stay and will come back if opportunity arise. Thank you hosts, appreciate it.

Great place to stay and the Hosts went above and beyond!

We loved our time here. Great location in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful large backyard that our dog probably now wishes we had at our house in the city. Hosts were helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Would recommend and would book again.

The house is peaceful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk and view the mountains. Grocery stores are within walking distance and the same for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! It was a beautiful home, very furniture and comfortable beds. The office space was an added bonus.Had all the necessities for a wonderful stay. Joe was very responsive.

Dylan’s home was the perfect space to stay for our weekend. The space was spacious, clean, and felt safe. Checking-in/out was simple and easy and instructions were clear. Dylan was a friendly and gracious host.

This home is incredible and the hosts are even better. Unfortunately we were there because of a loss in our family but DP went out of their way to let us book last minute. Having such a beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable home was so needed after our emotionally heavy days. The home is exactly as described and truly has everything you could possibly need. The park right behind the house was great for the kids and the location was exactly where we needed. We have family in the area and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We are a large group and we prefer to stay in homes when we travel and DP's is now a top choice for us. If this home fits your needs - book it! You won't be sorry!

Beautiful airbnb! Amazing view! Host was on top of it with instructions and was very accommodating! Airbnb had all the things we needed was stocked very well. Grocery store was super close!

Jana was great! She was very responsive and always asked if there was anything I needed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and a great walking trail! Chestnut (her dog) was very sweet too!

We loved the proximity to our family in Castle Rock, Parker and Morrison. A snowy Christmas with ground crews taking care of the snow removal making it easy for us (Floridaians) to drive. We will be back soon!

We enjoyed being able to stay with our dogs! Better than a motel room, and the neighborhood was safe to walk dogs.

Very lovely, nicely furnished Condo in Parker. Located in a very nice neighbourhood - close to walking trails and Parks. Michael is a great person. He met us at the Condo to check us in and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. Real pleasure getting to know Michael

Shawna was very responsive and helped me with every question I had along the way. I highly recommend her and her property for any future guests.

It was our second stay here, and it is perfect. The condo is clean and in a good location. Kristi is a great host!
