Its our smallest cottage but is priced and designed with everything needed for a relaxing getaway: Private garden-view balcony, luxurious queen bed, double jetted tub (hand-held shower), well-furnished kitchenette, garden entrance and self- check in/out. You park steps away and your pet is also welcome! Walk 4 leisurely blocks to South Main for local restaurants, shops & entertainment options.

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
