Scott was an amazing host! He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable through out my entire stay. If you're looking for a quaint place to stay with prime location, this is the place in Little Rock!

This house and host are amazing! Had everything we needed, my small dog accompanied me and the house had enough space for me to set up a play pen for it.

Great stay within walking distance for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena!

Great place! Very private and quiet! Host was so friendly and helpful! Great communication. Did little extra things to make it nice. Really liked my stay! Would definitely stay again!

Sarah's place was clean, comfortable , and in walking distance to many attractions. Sarah was very nice and accommodating.

Had every thing we needed

Perfect location, so comfortable, beautifully decorated, amazing amenities. we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting family. Danielle was so fast to respond and help with anything we needed. The space was on the 1st floor super easy to access, the parking was simple literally right outside the building access. The building was extremely safe, the location is perfect! So many restaurants and Target, and easy access to the freeways. The only thing to prepare for is there is no laundry soap, no seasonings, no dish washing soap, no paper towels. Shouldn't be a problem if you're there for a night or two. We were there for 8 days so we had to buy a lot of things that we ended up just leaving.

Thank you for the stay even with the late notice I gave you to get the place in the morning you really can through and I thank you for that. Everything was as it showed and clean. Wonderful stay thanks again!!!!!

Great location and good value. Close to the medical center. It can be a little noisy from car traffic but I rested well in the comfortable bed. This will definitely be a place to stay when I’m in town again.

Terrific location, views, and accommodations! Highly recommend this Airbnb as it had everything we needed and more such as comfortable seating and beds, coffee provided, balcony with sunset views, to name a few. Truly top notch!

Olivia was helpful during our stay! Even offered to bring a play pin for my toddler which he enjoyed during our visit. The location was very nice and quiet and not too far from the mall if that’s your thing. She did have recommendations for eats and if you don’t eat out much there was plenty of cooking ware if you prefer it. Overall I was very happy with my stay and I’ve actually rebooked as I only did a short to feel it out. Great for family and anyone who travels for work.

We recently stayed at Residences in Little Rock and were thoroughly impressed. The design and attention to detail throughout the property were outstanding, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The location was perfect—just steps away from the conference area, great restaurants, and downtown event spaces. Everything we needed was within walking distance. While we were a bit disappointed that the rooftop was closed for maintenance during our stay, we still enjoyed the amenities available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting downtown Little Rock.

I love this place!

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

Linda was absolutely amazing and showed great hospitality. Everything was as listed and very very clean. It was definitely worth every penny spent and it was the most comfortable place outside of my home and a safe place to stay. Exquisite home 5 stars for sure ⭐️
