Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Pegasus Lair is an upstairs unit. Spacious, 1200 ft. Well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We live next door, and are generally available. Only 7 minutes by auto from downtown. Close to most attractions, entertainment and interstate. Street parking easily available in front of unit. Pet friendly. The home was built in 1907, and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Please check photos for more details.
