Six lucky guests can grab a brew at High Cotton MicroBrewery, catch a Redbirds game, and take the trolley to Main Street and Beale Street before retreating back to the sleek condo to watch the baseball games fireworks from the private balcony. No parties.

You'll have access to all areas in this spacious condo - 3 bedrooms & baths, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry closet, parking lot & back deck. The parking area has room for 2 vehicles & is secured by an electronic gate. We supply a gate remote to guests. The back deck is shared with the neighboring unit which is also a short-term rental. Unfortunately, we do not offer one-night rentals Thursday through Sunday with no cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.
