This house was perfect for us while visiting family in Reno. We had plenty of space and appreciated the spotless kitchen. We especially loved the neighborhood, nearby coffee shop, and close proximity to the riverwalk. Had the weather been nicer we would have also enjoyed the front porch and back patio. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Reno.

Our stay here was great. If there was an issue or question we had, the host was very responsive and proactive.

Lovely stay at Katherine's house. The driveway was large, easy parking, and it made loading and unloading the car very convenient. We walked to the park at the end of the block, a large grassy area that my dog really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to get to. I was able to meet Katherine, she is a wonderful, friendly host.

Great place in a great location. Nice fenced yard and large front patio. Enjoyed my stay!

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

Jeff, was a great host and everything was as advertised in the AirBnB listing. We were a party of 9 in town for a wedding (3 couples, 3 solo, 1 child, 1 dog). This was one of the few spaces in Reno that have us all the private space for each guest, was pet friendly and multiple living room arrangements. We lucked into finding Jeff's space as it really gave us everything we needed from our stay. The location was convenient, the place was super clean, the furniture was all comfortable, and the setup was spacious. We only had one minor issue with the keypad being glitchy when we first arrived (these things happen), but Jeff was on it and had the situation remedied within minutes. He was super responsive. 5/5 stars. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a large group that needs room and flexible room arrangements.

What a beautiful home in the downtown area of Reno. Super comfortable and clean. We were thankful for the attention to details and the great communication. Highly recommended!

This is going to sound like an exaggeration but, I have never felt more comfortable or at home in a rental house. Me, my cat and my 100lb dog felt very safe and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and the lake is about a mile down the road. I stayed for over 2 months and was genuinely sad to be leaving Ben’s place. The bed in the primary suite was very comfortable, with soft linens and fluffy pillows.

This was the perfect place for a writer to hole up and finish a manuscript! Quiet and peaceful, pretty, comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Really enjoyed my stay!

Judy gave us a very cute, clean & safe place to stay over the weekend! Very close to grocery stores & coffee & just 10 minutes away from a major outlet mall. The backyard backs up to a major street, but with the sliding door closed, I didn’t even hear it! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. It’s very cozy & feels like home. If we ever get back to that area, we will absolutely be staying there again.

Wonderful place to stay. Hosts were great and gave clear instructions. The property is exactly as advertised and was close to food and bars with cheap Uber rides to everything. Overall great experience!

We could have asked to meet a nature human and down to earth host: She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and confident: in spite her work schedules, she was very much reachable and responded promptly . We will definitely use her place again when next in town and it is available; warmest regards to a great human.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend Rodrigo’s place if you're looking for something that's comfortable, and in a convenient location. We had family in town and wanted a place that was nearby. Each room was spacious, private, and included TVs. Check-in was easy, Rodrigo provided clear instructions with pictures. We all felt very at home!

Katrina is the most amazing host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so responsive, helpful, proactive, understanding, reasonable, and thoughtful! Even when things went wrong, she was there to get everything back on track. For example, the TV blew up on the second or third day we were there and she got it replaced quickly! (And provided us with a generous discount for the inconvenience.) The apartment is just as the listing described. The king bed is comfy, the water is hot and the water pressure is good. We loved the recliners in the couch. The washer/dryer combo unit isn't my favorite but it was nice to have the option available. The location is pretty great! The neighbors are super friendly and it's close to shopping and downtown. There are a couple cats that hang out in the area and they're super cute and friendly. All in all we had a good stay and we would absolutely stay with Katrina again!

Great two-night stay in Reno. Came to town for a volleyball tournament. Close 10-15 min drive to the Reno Convention center, but far enough away from all the craziness of events etc. Everything was clean and accurately described, bed was comfy, and bathroom was pleasant. Loved that the complex was gated and had surveillance. Only thing is that the upstairs neighbor was sometimes loud. Thin ceiling and walls - but wasn’t anything to stop you from sleeping.

I was in town for a local competition, we were gone early in the morning and came home late afternoon, exhausted and cold from the weather outside. The house provided a perfect environment to refresh and rest. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner every evening. House is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The location couldn’t be better: quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from shops, restaurants, and parks. Our kids loved the safe, fenced yard and comfy living spaces. Best of all, our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless stay. Highly recommend for any family visiting Reno — five stars all the way!

Its a nice space for 1 person. There is a lot of amenities for such a small place.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Reno for the weekend. The home is beautiful and in a great part of town. The patio is super nice to get some sun and the everything inside is great quality! The master bathroom is very very nice. There are lots of great restaurants nearby also!

Check in was easy, the neighborhood is absolutely fantastic, it was perfect for walking the dogs. The neighbors were friendly, the area is quiet, and just minutes from downtown restaurants, baseball stadium and the Casinos without feeling like you’re “downtown”. For folks that bring their dogs, there is no direct access to the backyard (side door off the kitchen that is 8 feet from the backyard fence) but the backyard is fully fenced with foliage to keep even adventurous dogs secured. Very worth staying again next time we are in town!

Reno Roost is the perfect size and location for any visit to Reno! Enjoy easy access to parks, the river, and downtown as well as an easy drive to Lake Tahoe. We stocked up on groceries at the store just a few minutes from the house and enjoyed a cozy evening around the outdoor fire pit. We walked to Idlewild Park and especially enjoyed coffee and breakfast from Hub Coffee Roasters and Hand Craft Coffee Company. Deb provides all of the information you need for an easy & comfortable stay and then some!

Cozy little house in a gated senior community which was quiet and felt safe. Exceptionally clean home. Beds were comfortable. The linens were of great quality. We enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy night. I did reach out to Liz upon arrival for assistance with something and she was quick to respond. Overall I would stay here again, it was a comfortable stay and close proximity to the convention center.
