My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a bit of an issue was there only being 2 forks and the neighbors were very loud around 3AM.

We really enjoyed the house. We were only there for a couple of nights, but there are great amenities and cooking space if you’re looking to cook. Clean place and great responsive host!

This was a wonderful refuge while I was at a conference in downtown Minneapolis. Extremely quiet neighborhood, very cozy, and much more spacious than I anticipated. Would 10/10 stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and convenient. The kitchen had what we needed to host a family member for dinner. They had disposable toothbrushes in the bathrooms, which was a small gesture but a nice touch, as one of us had forgotten ours.

Es war alles perfekt. Kommunikation mit John war sehr gut, er war immer erreichbar für Fragen und sehr hilfreich. Das Haus wirkt außen etwas alt, aber die Wohnung ist schön, hell und bestens eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe des MIA und die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Tausend Dank an Zina und John!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Minneapolis! The space was clean, cozy, and had such a warm, homey vibe — it immediately felt like a place to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great. Our host, Andy, was incredibly accommodating and kind, especially with our late check-in, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. You can tell care was put into making this a welcoming space. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jesse and Kris were fantastic hosts, and their AirBnb was lovely. Very much appreciated how clean it was and uncluttered. Great chi and feng shui :) The space was fabulous— high quality design and appointments. The photos can’t capture that. Very much appreciated such an updated space and kitchen with many appliances. Great light, and awesome, thriving plants! Bathroom is small but super clean with nice retro tiling. Beds, very comfortable. Jesse and Kris answered all questions quickly. There wasn’t a can opener, and they bought and delivered one within minutes. This was the best AirBnb I’ve stayed in. Didn’t meet Jesse and Kris but felt like we knew them from messaging.

Katherine's place is good value for the space. There were 5 of us there for much of the stay and there was ample hangout, sleeping and work space. The neighborhood felt very safe. The home is pet friendly, which is to say it is a lived in and comfortable older home and not a brand new state of the art sparkling everything place. The Five stars are deserved on value and a responsive host interested in a positive guest experience. We would stay here again without hesitation

Tammy Ann has created a beautiful home—she has a gift of beauty and decorating. I felt like I was in an Art Deco Craftsman home from a design magazine. The home is pristine—it was a joy to stay in a uber clean home with everything you need along with really special touches. Tammy Ann has a gift for hospitality and her kindness is a real blessing. We treasured our time here.

great little house! in a beautiful neighborhood in south Minneapolis. description is clear, there are stairs to get in etc but fine at long d you know that's the case. house is small but good for a couple and dogs.

Vi boede 1 måned i boligen med 3 børn på 11 måneder, 5 og 8 år. Huset har en hyggelig og hjemmelig atmosfære, og rumopdelingen passede godt til os. Der blev sat babystol og seng frem, hvilket var et kæmpe plus. Kate var hurtig til at svare, og en meget sød og imødekommende vært. Området var lidt mere blandet i forhold til vores forventninger, men vi nød godt af legepladsen ved Painter Park, og offentlig transport tilgængelig fra huset. Vi var overordnet meget glad for de rammer, som huset satte for vores ophold, og kan varmt anbefale det til andre.

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

This place on the river was amazing for our large party! Plenty of bathrooms and room to relax and spread out. We also loved cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub! We’re already planning our next trip where we can spend more time on the river!

It was a great stay! Plenty of room. Didn't need all of it but would definitely stay again!

The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

had a little bit of trouble getting in building but host was responsive. host made sure to check in and made sure we had a nice stay. place is walkable to alot of the restaurants nearby. place was nice and clean!

I brought my son and his friends to a concert this past weekend, and Jason’s place was perfect for us. He was so friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly be a regular moving forward. Thank you for making this weekend even more memorable! We HIGHLY recommend!

Great place to stay great area will book again

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

I totally didn’t realize it was past check out on the last day when they came in to start cleaning and they were nice about it and just reminded me of that fact and told me to let them know when I left, they didn’t pressure me to leave immediately and weren’t rude, which I really appreciated since it was 100% my mistake. The place was clean and neat and the kitchen had a ton of cookware and spices which was nice. They bathroom was a new addition and nicely made and had grooming amenities
