Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. This is a very cute cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You are very close to marinas and public access boat docks, within 5 minutes, as well as ATV trails. You can drive your ATV's directly to the trail accesses without taking the trailer. Minutes to Tackett Creek as well as other access points. We are within 5 miles of a brand new public boat launch with extensive parking as well as close to Powell Valley Resort 5 miles, Springs Dock 6.3 miles and Sugar Hollow 11 miles.

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, and resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum guitars, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind. We are exempt by Airbnb from hosting Service Animals of any kind.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 5 acre property. This is 1 of 3 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!

If you prefer your time on the water, Norris Lake is only a short drive away. There are multiple marinas to choose from. Aunt Hazel's at Walden Woods is a 1400+ sq foot cabin with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and spacious kitchen. Guests will love sitting in rocking chairs on the balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Walden Woods adjoins the North Cumberland WMA, over 140,000 acres with endless miles of ATV trails. Our property also has two ponds great for fishing!
