The Gegan - Coldingham Sands Scotland

Situated at Coldingham Sands, one of the UK's best and most stunning surf beaches, The Gegan provides luxury accommodation right by the beach. The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

Romantic Medieval Castle

Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

A House on the Hill: Highfield farm cottage (4+1)

Highfield cottage is a stone-built house on a hill at Hillhouse Farm Escapes in the Scottish Borders. This old shepherd's house is renovated to a modern & cosy standard. It has a superb kitchen with range cooker and large dining table, a huge lounge and two generous bedrooms (one is en-suite). Best of all is the stunning rural location with incredible views. It's an easy one-mile walk to a pub. Dog friendly. The house next door, a Little House on the Hill (Herniecleugh), is also available.

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.
