Welcome to River House Social Retreat, a relaxing getaway destination designed for days and evenings well spent with family and friends with an in ground pool rental option. It's located adjacent to our sister property, River's Edge Retreat. When both homes are booked together, they can accommodate up to 22 guests. This home offers a vibe centered around connection, family competition and comfort. Your group can enjoy pool table clashes, foosball showdowns, card night or settling in for a movie.

Beautiful historic 4 bedroom, 4 bath home within walking distance to shopping, bars/restaurants and all that downtown Muscatine has to offer. Enjoy sweeping views of the Mississippi River from several vantage points in and outside this home. The 3000 sf interior offers many places to gather and relax. Two of the bedrooms have on suite full baths. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. Additional amenities include, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, games, grill, outdoor entertainment area.

Comfy beds, living room sectional pulls out to queen hide a bed, 32 acres, horseback riding (sm. fee)*, winter fun, & fishing pond. First 2 guests pay base price, then 3rd thru 10th guests pay an extra 30.00 EACH. NO PARTIES on our farm. We live on property in a separate home.
