House Kočan provides their guests with full privacy (the estate is approximately 2000 squared metres big, and the first neigbours are located 150 meters away from the property). Owners can help you arrange diving course (in Molunat) or outpatient treatment of rheumatic diseases. Once you enter the Kočan House you don’t have to go anywhere else. You can relax and enjoy the pool, greenery, silence, and security from any visitors until the end of your vacation. You don't have to meet anyone around if you don't want to!
