A 10 minute walk (via the footpath at the village hall) takes you to the beach and a two minute walk up the road takes you to the beginning of Eryri's mountains. We are surrounded with beautiful walks, with friendly pubs and restaurants near by. Ynys Môn (Anglesey) is a short drive away.

The hut sits alone on a large open lawn that you have to yourselves, there is a double bed with new memory foam mattress, sofa bed, kitchen, private shower/toilet block. Spend your days walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking….. or just relaxing. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Horses welcome at extra cost.

You can hear the river and see the mountains which surround Goppi. Goppi has recently been refurbished to a high end spec to create a house where you will enjoy the inside as much as the outside. Newly restored period three bedroom Edwardian villa sleeping 6 with two reception rooms, three king sized rooms and two bathrooms. Located under the Sychnant Pass, at the foot of Conwy Mountain, in the heart of a lovely Snowdonia mountain village. South facing views towards the foothills of the Carneddau range. The back gate opens directly onto the North Wales Coastal path. It is a very peaceful house with the constant gentle sound of a stream at the rear.

The area is a walkers paradise.
