Easily accessed with a keypad, as well as an internal locking door for extra security (although it's a very safe neighborhood). The perfect escape within Los Angeles. We are 1 block from Highland Park (NELA)! Vintage appliances in the kitchen with a bathroom/shower as well as an outdoor shower set beneath a fruit filled Pomegranate tree.

It is two, beautiful tree-lined blocks from the bustling cafes, restaurants, and shopping along Colorado Blvd., 5 mins from Occidental College, 10 mins from the Rose Bowl, Dodger Stadium, Pasadena or Glendale, and 20 mins from Downtown Los Angeles. The studio is ideal for an individual or couple. It is detached from the main house, with its own entrance and keypad lock.

A beautiful Mid Century home with fantastic views! We even have a view of the "Rock" (Eagle Rock)! Your entry is private and you'll have your own deck. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave (no stove), toaster-oven and Nespresso. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores! Lots of street parking right in front of our home... no permits required! We also have guest-suite with a private bedroom - "Eagle Rock Guest Room with a View" listed on Airbnb.
