La Villa #1 est l'une des trois villas du complexe, dotée d'une piscine commune commune et d'un salon extérieur. À l'intérieur, les espaces de vie lumineux et aérés sont conçus pour le calme et la détente. Le salon et la salle à manger ouverts donnent sur un patio avec vue sur la piscine et la nature environnante, idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou pour prendre un coucher de soleil en soirée. La chambre principale de l'étage supérieur dispose d'un lit king-size et la chambre adjacente comprend 2 lits simples.
