The town is home to the Melrose Rugby Sevens & the Borders Book Festival & boasts many restaurants, cafes & independent shops. St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private courtyard garden at the rear of the cottage.

Mrs Moll's Cottage

This cosy country cottage is set on a beautiful farm in the Scottish Borders but is only 30miles south of Edinburgh and 15 minutes from amenities and historical attractions in local towns. Legerwood Farm has been in the family for 4 generations. This cottage was lived in by Mrs Moll, the farm's dairy woman in the 1950's. It has been lovingly restored into a cosy country cottage, perfect for a small family or a romantic get away but has all the home comforts needed for a comfortable stay.
