The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Easebourne Barn, self contained retreat Midhurst

Easebourne Barn is 580 square feet of self-contained accommodation with its own entrance and small outside courtyard area. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and living area. There is a bathroom with walk in wet room shower. Upstairs there is a bright and spacious bedroom with French doors overlooking the countryside. There is also a large built-in desk and plenty of wardrobe space.

Beautiful shepherds hut located on the Surrey/ West Sussex borders within the South Downs National Park and easy access to the A286. Conveniently, situated to explore local beauty spots such as the Devil's Punchbowl, Blackdown and Marley Common. Also within easy reach of Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel and the coast.
