Walk, Uber, Drive, Bike Sleeper sofa linens, pillows, etc. will automatically be provided for parties of three or four. Can also be provided upon request for parties of two.

Sleeps six: a king plus a murphy bed and sofa sleeper. Step out to the bars and restaurants of Main Street and Five Points; downtown is about seven minutes by car. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
