Relax with the whole family or a bunch of friends at this peaceful place to stay. Farm house on 100 acres with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps SEVEN! Living room has two fold down leather futons. This is a perfect rental for two families! Don't worry about the weather knocking the apower out- there is a generator that will automatically kick in to keep you comfy and your devices charged. Window AC units just added!

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
