Our apartment is a one bedroom, smaller private apartment within a 5 unit building. The building itself sits on a Main Street where the bedroom does face the road. It is seconds from the slopes with views of the Snow Pine chair lift and Double Black Diamond Golf Course. Our condo is an updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with AC (summer only), fireplace, a pull-out sofa and king bed. It's great for a couple or small family fitting 2-4 people. The Nook is minimal yet cozy — the perfect place to rest and recharge after any adventure.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
