Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Kenmore Cottage is a home from home, centrally located, whilst in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk from the quiet beach at Rustington. The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy, with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. 2 allocated parking spaces.

The Little Lookout

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

Angmering on Sea East Preston

A charming, spacious ground floor apartment on the private Angmering on Sea estate. Perfect for couples and families. Beach access via 100m footpath from property. East Preston is a perfect location to explore the coastline ,South Downs National Park, Arundel, Chichester, Worthing and Brighton. Salt Beach kiosk open all year round beautiful views , village cafes, restaurants ,two pubs and corner shop all within a short walking distance. Great flat coastal walks from the property.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. Rainbow Lodge our lovely home from home by the sea

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Just a short stroll to the beautiful, secluded beach of East Preston our lodge offers you an ideal opportunity to get away from it all and relax away from the hustle and bustle of life. Our newly refurbished lodge has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Seaside cafes, restaurants and bars are all within a ten minute walk. The larger towns of Arundel, Brighton, Worthing and Littlehampton are easily reached by train or car.

“Coastal Escape” 2 minute walk to the beach

Coastal Escape offers a stylish retreat with elegant interiors, curated artwork and books, and is just a two minute walk from the beach, greensward and England Coast Path. Set on a quiet private estate near the South Downs National Park, it’s a short stroll to East Preston village with its pubs, restaurants and take away outlets. Coastal Escape is perfect for relaxing coastal breaks or exploring the local area including Brighton, Arundel, Portsmouth and Goodwood events.

Spacious Flat in Central Arundel

A light stylish apartment in a listed building with an outdoor terrace and views over the town. It is situated on the main High Street directly across the road from Arundel Castle. The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
