This private, spacious, fully equipped apartment above an owner-occupied home is perfect for one or two adults, and has its own entrance. It occupies the entire second floor of my home, which was built in 1912, and combines the charming “Cape Cod” style architecture of that era with modern conveniences. Lots of windows, closet space, built-in drawers and storage make for an enjoyable stay for a night or a month! Location Minutes from Providence in a quiet residential neighborhood on East Narragansett Bay. A short block from the East Bay Bike Path, extending 14.5 mi from Providence to Bristol. Jog, walk, bike or blade, and enjoy views of coastal wetlands and nature preserves. Haines Memorial State Park is just a block away for a picnic, catching the sunset on the water, or launching your kayak or other watercraft from the boat ramp. I even have a couple of bikes you can use during your stay! The historic Crescent Park Carousel and seasonal Clam Shack is less than a mile away. The Space Private entrance to 3 large rooms plus full bath with tub/shower. In the cozy bedroom, enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a new pillowtop mattress topping the queen size bed. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans. Appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The large living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen-tv, a desk for your laptop, and a reading nook. The new futon couch converts into a bed to accommodate two single people traveling together who prefer not to share a room. Other info Please be advised that, as is typical of a house of this age and design, the apartment is accessed via a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, and therefore might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. A Cozy Loft In Downtown Providence

The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. This cozy 3-bedroom, 2nd floor space is approximately 3 miles Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Johnson and Wales University, short walk to neighborhood playground and park, bakery/coffe shop, fine restaurant, 5-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Great central location for trips to beaches in RI, Newport, Southeastern MA and Cape Cod. Nearby Amtrak access to NY and Boston.

Rocky's

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Waterfront Studio, 10 min to Downtown Providence

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
