The suite shares common entrance with us but is completely lockable and private. We will be on hand if you need us, but there is no need for interaction if prefer it that way.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Blackthorn Retreat features our premium shepherd’s hut & cabin - which sit alone in our dog-secure 1/3 acre fenced meadow, with wonderful far-reaching views, lovely rural walks. Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). A perfect getaway under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). Wood-fired pizza oven & firepit. King bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, cold & hot A/C, washer + dryer.

The Wash House Studio B&B tranquil and peaceful...

The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.

Nuthatch a luxury Shepherd Hut based in Norfolk UK

Nuthatch is a beautiful typical Shepherd Hut. There is a large king size bed, bathroom & shower, and a wood burning stove. Located in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. It has a secluded outdoor area with BBQ, fire pit and a picnic bench for relaxing. A superb place for visiting nearby Norwich and the sights of Norfolk. There are 38 acres of lovely grounds for walks and a lake so plenty to see. The Orangery Tea room is on site serving breakfasts & teas and booking is advised.

Alder at Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts

Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts is close to the Suffolk heritage coast with Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh a short drive away. There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy beds, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for families, couples and solo adventurers. (Self-catering breakfast baskets £22 for veggie/£25 for meaty).

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
