We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

Tilly was very friendly and understanding as our host. The house was exactly as described and suited our family perfectly. We would definitely visit again

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lovely place to stay, lovely and clean on arrival, easy communication with owner and even allowed us in earlier. Can’t fault anything. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The sitting room really looks like the photo and is a great place to be - both to relax and to eat. We were only four, but eight would be comfortable. The kitchen was small, but well equipped and fun to be in, open to the sitting room. Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor. Quiet, but convenient. Lucy & Richard were very responsive.

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. Ian was a brilliant host, communities and helpful. what an amazing g week away. and Ian even provided amazing weather.! something whi h in our experience e is a toss up on the IOW at Easter.!! thank you Ian and Family for letting us stay at your place

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Amazing host and great set up for lovely get together. As a group of 10 adults with 4 kids, this was just right with ample amount of space and bathrooms which met our family needs. looking forward to staying for longer during Summer.

Super stay at Nathan’s caravan. Everything was clean and in working order on arrival and the location of the caravan park was superb. Very close to everything and in a prime spot. Quiet and peaceful at night. Already thinking about our return visit. Thanks for having us!

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. Just returned from a fantastic stay. The lodge was perfect, well thought out in terms of what you need on holiday and games and things to do as well. But the main high light is the swimming pool! What a gem! Fantastic size and depth pool with heaps of pool toys. Water was a lovely inviting temperature. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolas' place. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We were two families, and the well-equipped kitchen—especially the air fryer—made meal prep quick and easy, which we really appreciated. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Nicolas was always just a message away and went out of her way to assist us, including helping with our ferry bookings. Thanks to her support, we even managed to get a discounted rate. All in all, it was a fantastic getaway.

This is a beautiful little chalet, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was great having the decking area outside with a table and chairs watching the sun go down. A short walk along a coastal path to the beach. Above all else is the host herself. Sally-Anne is the kindest and most considerate host I have ever met. We were staying because a close relative was seriously ill in hospital and Sally-Anne helped us out no end. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

The perfect spot for our family get together to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Spacious, thoughtfully appointed rooms, each with an en-suite. Lots of cosy spaces to gather. Amazingly stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time

We loved staying at this house. We last stayed in September 2021. This time we took three young children (ages 3-5) and it was the perfect location for them. So near the beach and the house has plenty of space. It’s well equipped with games. The beds are comfortable with nice linen and fluffy towels. We have been coming to this area for many years and it holds very fond memories for us. The scenery around the coastline is stunning. We hope to be back again. . If we can fit in.

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

Super quiet location near to Midhurst & Chichester. Accommodation well presented, a real bonus to have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Antonia and Charlie were the perfect hosts.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.
