Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Enjoy your Cape escape this summer in this coastal cottage! Newly renovated interior and beautiful landscaping complete with a new outdoor shower, cowboy cauldron, brand new grill and outdoor patio furniture, relaxing water feature and a Bocce ball court! We have 4 beach cruisers that you can use at your own risk. We also have 4 backpack beach chairs in a locked shed. The beach is just a half mile away and close to restaurants and shopping. Dogs must be pre approved and only one dog.

The edges of the pond require water shoes for comfort as this is a natural body of water with no man-made beach/interference of nature. Kayaks, and life jackets available

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Serene Escape on Cape Cod -Bayside - Dog Friendly

During June, July, and August only Saturday check in only. Mass tax on short term rentals is 14.45% of the total amount paid. This is a requirement by law and is not included in the daily rate. Our home is located in North Eastham, off route 6, on a sandy road, minutes to the beaches, national seashore and bike trail. The home is new. We are dog friendly. Dogs only allowed with approval from owners.
