We had such a fantastic stay. The location is amazing, and we were fortunate to see so much wildlife. The barn is absolutely beautiful, really cozy and Bobbie very thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. It really was a home away from home. We have an electric car so it was fantastic to have a charging facility on site, this made everything so much easier for us. Bobbie was extremely welcoming, a truly lovely lady who couldn’t do enough to help us. We will definitely be returning, we won’t even look anywhere else. Truly fabulous!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

Beautiful place - extremely well equipped for a family stay. Grounds are brilliant especially if you have children or dogs! Loved the wood burner ! Would recommend and would love to return.

We stayed for our anniversary and had an amazing time. From the moment we stepped inside we couldn’t stop talking about how lovely it was and how clean it looked and smelled! Would love to stay again

Lovely warm welcome to me and my friends .The location is super , right get next to the water with a slipway to launch canoes and paddle boards , yet a 5minute walk into town . Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The Chalet was very spacious and well appointed . Great for few days away with friends , we would book again .

Lovely stay at Jim's! Had a slight issue with heating but Jim was quick to respond and sort it out. Clean house with good wifi. Would stay again if we visit the area!

A lovely, relaxing couple of nights stay. The Coach House has all you need, is warm and cosy and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the duvets really warm and cosy. The garden is very private and a lovely feature, and for anyone staying in warmer weather has everything you need to spend plenty of time outdoors. If you're looking to keep your steps up, try a walk round the lakes, lots of bird life, very interesting. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to but is very ambiant and well thought out. The kitchen has plenty of space so you can cook and chat. It would have been good if the oven had worked but we were told about this beforehand and provided with an airfryer so could work around this quite easily. The host was always quick to respond, kept in touch and made our stay very easy. I would recommend The Coach House for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. All the quirky little touches make The Coach House quite unique and we would definately return.

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

What an incredible stay for a special occasion. The place is more beautiful than the pictures, especially the views, it is truly a special place. We enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast in the garden and watching the tide go in and out. Erika & John were perfect hosts and made us feel very comfortable, going the extra mile. We can't wait to return!

Amazing place and close to some amazing views.

We booked the place for my family to stay for the night for my graduation so we didn’t really get to do a lot inside the flat. However, the check in is really easy and they were very helpful and responsive. There’s a phone number to call on if you need to reach them and also an office. I honestly thought the place is located in a very nice location (3-5 mins walk to the beach too). The house and rooms are very clean and looks lovely! Would stay again if needed a place to stay on. Lovely host!

Nice little flat to spend the night. Unfortunately we struggled to find parking but that was due to us as we later found plenty. Comfy bed and everything you need. Thanks :)

Good value place to stay while visiting for work, spacious and well equipped

We absolutely loved our stay here. Hazel wrote to us and gave clear instructions for arrival as well as coming to say hi once we got there. The accommodation was lovely and cosy. The amount of space to walk around in the forest was excellent even if we weren’t brave enough to do the flying fox. The Dutch hot tub was excellent once we got it hot and we spent a lovely evening listening to the sound of the forest. Highly recommend (my 4yr old loved all the books as well)

Nicky’s cottage was lovely, clean and welcoming and is in the perfect location to explore all that the New Forest has to offer. We have stayed in the area several times and this was definitely our favourite accommodation. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

This is about our 6th stay at the Gatehouse and that should speak for itself! We love the accommodation, location and the peaceful surroundings and if you want somewhere special, this is for you.

We stayed at the cottage during the week leading up to Easter and absolutely loved our time here. The surrounding landscape along the Yar estuary is so peaceful and full of wildlife, it made having a morning coffee beside the water, listening to all manner of birdsong, our favourite moment of the day. The Kings Manor grounds are gorgeous and we very much appreciated being able to play some tennis on the court by the main house. A welcome basket with goodies, friendly communication and a very uncomplicated check in/out, as well and all the wonderful places to visit on the island made this holiday truly a special experience for us. We would return in a heartbeat.

Had an amazing stay at middle barn. Sophie had provided us with breakfast which was ideal for our 2 nights. The barn bedrooms well laid out for 2 couples one bedroom having en-suite the other using the bathroom. Lovely walk around the grounds watching the deer come and go. Felt like you were in the middle of a little oasis with the alpacas looking in the windows, horses/ponies grazing, ducks on the pond and mr swan guarding mrs swan from the geese!! We wish to have been able to stay longer, maybe another time. We visited the Weald and downland museum and Petworth house both places were easy to get to and very enjoyable. Thank you Sophie.

We had a great stay at The Red Cottage. The location is excellent to access many parts of the New Forest just a short drive away. The cottage is comfortable and spacious. The host was very responsive and welcoming.

beautiful, clean apartment with gorgeous views. We've just returned from a 3 night break as a couple with a baby and cocker spaniel. Lisa's communication was perfect - we found locating the apartment, check in and out was stress free. the grounds are beautiful and our dog absolutely loved the enclosed garden. all in all we would love to return.

Weir Cottage was the perfect place for our weekend. We wanted to walk in the forest, dip our toes in the sea and do a little shopping so we were very content at Weir Cottage. The garden is an oasis of calm and quiet and was a unique place to relax at the end of the day. Shane was the perfect host and a mine of local information. Weir Cottage will be the first place we'll search for next time we plan to revisit the area.
