London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Barn on The South Downs Way, Dogs Welcome

Kites Loft takes its name from the many red kites often seen soaring above the fields of our small holding. The studio is situated directly on the South Downs Way, within an oak framed barn. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped for couples or a small family. It has a king sized bed and within the relaxing seating area is a sofa and TV. The kitchenette is finished off with a beautiful oak table to eat at, a cosy shower room and there is a dog bed to welcome any four legged friends.

Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.
