Boutique Hideaway Hayling boasts modern and luxurious accommodation and is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything you could need is close by including: trendy cafes, takeaways, a cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, gift shops, convenience stores as well as traditional pubs offering live music and tasty meals. The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Millefleurs, Charming, Spacious Cottage Bungalow

We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

Be energised to walk , swim or partake in local water sports. Or choose to relax , sit and listen to the waves , watch the sun set in the lovely coastal garden with ample seating for social gatherings. The ground floor has been designed to offer an almost self contained area ideal for older family members .

Hayling Hideaway, private cosy annex near to beach

Keep it simple at this peaceful and lovely refurbished beach/surf themed chalet located on Hayling Island. "Hayling Hideaway" offers the perfect all year round location for couples or individuals to get away for that special celebration or a fabulous break away in a cosy environment. Located on Hayling, just a short walk from the beach the annex is perfectly located for watersports fans, folk wanting that relaxing beach break or just for a change of scenery whilst working away from home!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The airy bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower and double sink.

There are many local attraction on Hayling Island as well as being close to Portsmouth, a historic naval city. Benefiting from high speed WIFI, Sky TV and Netflix. Parking for two cars.

Plenty of local restaurants and shops and with great fish and chips on your doorstep, you won’t have to venture far for that seaside experience.

Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 3 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by 2 outbuildings, one an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette and the 2nd a games room. There is also an outdoor shower.

At the end of a small cul de sac is a hidden gem. You will feel like you are holidaying on the beach itself, with nearly every room having stunning sea views. This beautiful three story house has a very large open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting room looking directly South opening out onto the sun terrace. It also has two additional balconies decadently furnished to watch the world go by.

This property has luxurious private accommodation. It sleeps up to 4 people - perfect for either 2 people, 2 couples or a family. It is close to West Wittering beach, has many coastal walks, numerous family activities and restaurants. Please note that there is another listing at Spindles having their own access and separate gardens. Spindles Annex sleeps 2. Excellent for extended families.
