Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Cosy dog friendly home in Holt

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The Bothy - spacious dog friendly barn

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The beautiful historic market town of Reepham boasts a selection of shops, pubs and eateries all just a few minutes walk. The Norfolk coast just 13 miles and the fine city of Norwich 18 miles. A must is a visit to the famous Norfolk Broads National Park.

Cottage situated on a quiet back lane within walking distance of pub and National Trust Blickling Hall you can abandon the car and enjoy walks and cycling routes from the door, and close to the market towns of Aylsham and Holt. Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

Chapel Piece Norfolk self-contained studio

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden.
