The location is ideal for the Festival, Hogmanay and both tourist and business visits. It is well served by both public transport and bus tours.

Located on the opposite side of the street from Edinburgh Castle, this first floor apartment has a lounge, double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms sleep up to a maximum of four persons and the windows of these rooms look over the city skyline, giving wide panoramic views to Arthur Seat and Salisbury Crags on the east side of the city as well as George Heriots and the Pentland Hills which lie to the south and west of the city.
