Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom home in the heart of South Hills! This beautifully furnished and recently renovated house offers an open-style first-floor dining and living area, perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals, or watching TV. Step out onto the newly constructed porch for some fresh air and unwind. With plenty of nearby activities and only a 15-minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh, or easy access via the light rail just across the street, you'll be perfectly situated for your stay.

The Scenic Lodge

The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The spacious great room is perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There is a gas grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages.  The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Should you need single night accommodation, please message me for consideration. In addition, it's only 25 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.
