Unwind after an exhausting day shopping, at the beach, or indulging in one of the cities many attractions!Welcomed by an elegant space with a comfy couch and widescreen TV, and an inviting bed. -Guests may use entire space of their unit. Unit is not shared -security cameras on the outside of the building -Please no noise or congregating in back of property or driveway out of respect for our other guests, keep in mind quiet hour after 10pm -please ask permission or if you have any questions about using anything outside of the unit, you can do this through Airbnb message or text - parking for one standard size vehicle The building is owner occupied so we live on premises and are very easy to reach for any accommodations you may need The apartment is less than 3 miles from Fabulous Forum, the NEW SoFI stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away.

Private entrance on lower level below home. WIFI. 5 minutes from LAX by car; 15 minutes to SOFI Stadium. 15 min. walk to beaches. Easy walk to "Mayberry"-style town. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Our backhouse studio is truly a hidden gem in Los Angeles! Located in a peaceful neighborhood block with plenty of parking, best Asian food nearby and beaches at a 20min drive. Away from the noise and business of LA life but close enough to all the action and fun when needed. Designed to create two specific areas, a cozy living room and a stylish room with plenty of natural light, but also blackout curtains for better sleep. The entrance has french doors that open up to a small potted garden.

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
