** Pool opens May 8 weekend! It is an above ground heated pool, the temp preset to 84 Disconnect, relax and rejuvenate in this cute country home! Enjoy the serene, wooded surroundings as you watch deer trot by and end your day unwinding under starlit night skies. This 2-acre gem is tucked away on a private drive, just off the main road. Though secluded, grocery stores and restaurants are just down the street. The house is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Our house is about 20 minutes from Big Bear mountain which is a great (small) mountain for skiing and tubing.

There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
