Your family will be close to everything, only a minute away from the Dodge expressway. 4 bedrooms (one with 2 Full beds) sleeps 10 comfortably, 12 with air mattress provided. Heated pool gives you a great oasis (open approximately May 24- September 30). The living room, eat-in kitchen, bar, kitchenette and downstairs theatre room are great gathering areas. This is a great home for families. NO PARTIES ALLOWED and being respectful of neighbors is requested.

Step outside onto the deck, enjoy fully fenced yard w/ morning coffee or evening drinks, & enjoy access to the shared hot tub for a relaxing soak after a day exploring Elkhorn. Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

Less than 20 minutes from I-80 and popular Omaha neighborhoods like Aksarben Village, and Midtown Crossing are only 15-20 minutes away. Only blocks away from some of the best restaurants around as well!
