Die Schmiede wurde ca. im Jahre 1920 erbaut und als solche genutzt. 2009 wurde das Gebäude saniert und als Ferienwohnung umgebaut und 2017 sowie im Frühjahr 2022 liebevoll renoviert Ideal um in diesem naturbelassenen Gebiet „Hollesand“ Urlaub zu machen. Von der hauseigenen Terrasse mit Grill, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen blickt man auf grüne Pferdewiesen. Ein ausgehdehntes Fahrradwegenetz wartet auf eine Radtour z. B. in den „Hollesand“, dem großen Naturschutzgebiet, nur 500m entfernt vom Haus.

Landhaus Wattmuschel

Unser historisches Anwesen besteht aus einem 120 Jahre alten Schulhaus und einem ca. 100 Jahre alten Rathaus inmitten unberührter Natur auf einem parkähnlich angelegtem Grundstück. Im alten Schulhaus erstreckt sich das Ferienhaus Alte Schule über 2 Etagen mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 140 qm. Im Anbau des alten Rathauses befindet sich der Gästetrakt mit einem Wellnessbereich im EG und den 2 Ferienwohnungen Samtmuschel (ca. 60 qm) und Herzmuschel (ca. 50 qm) im OG.
