The location is 1.0 walk to Beacon's Beach, or 1.8 mile by car. We attract local and migratory wild birds with feed & water. Central to all of Encinitas & public trans. EV-charging not available.

Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! 1 Comfortable queen bed &1 cozy sofa , 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Outdoor surf shower and a hammock to relax in. Close/walking distance to the ocean, park, great local restaurants/bars.

The Seaford is a magical seaside property with panoramic ocean views. It’s both an experiential feast for the eyes, and a place made for the adventures of real life. Recently re-tuned and modernized, it's been designed to reflect the roots of our vibrant community so guests can feel fully integrated into what makes this town so special. This newly built guest suite at our home sits above our garage high up on a hill in one of Encinitas' oldest neighborhoods: Olivenhain. Despite its charm, it's only minutes away from countless shops and restaurants but most importantly: The Beach. The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. Olivenhain also has an incredible "dark sky policy."

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town.
