This home 🏡 is located in a great neighborhood, very safe and quiet. Everything is in walking distance. Easy Access to freeway, south Ponto Beach within 5-10 minutes, walking to shops restaurants, Groceries,Tesla charging, Shake Shack, Equinox, Starbucks….The two private bedroom/bath are very cozy, clean, great lighting and quiet rooms, both include a queen size bed, an office table, ceiling fan nice carpet and downstairs room a walking closet , TV , own private bathroom with hot tub.
