I had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment looks just like the photos, stunning! We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with just the right amount of pots, utensils, and glassware. The balcony was where we spent most of the day. We had a beautiful view! The beds were comfy. The closets were spacious. The bathrooms were clean. And the washer and dryer worked well. The pool was also great! The staff in the building was very friendly and attentive. I wanted to stay near all of the beautiful restaurants Piantini has to offer and this was PERFECT. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’ll also be considering it for my next stay in Santo Domingo.

Me encanto este hospedaje ya que la torre es linda y cerca tiene muchos restaurantes a los que puedes ir incluso caminando de tan cercanos que están a la torre, el Airbnb es totalmente como en fotos con buena vista a Santo Domingo, amplios closet, centro de lavado, etc. me volvería a quedar aqui sin duda alguna. El portero es muy amable y la chica de limpieza igual.

I always rent from Miquel when I come to Sanyo Domingo. All of his properties are always nice, up to date and in a great location which explains why they’re always in demand and booked. I would definitely return to this location or any of the previous locations too.

This is how an Airbnb is supposed to be! Upon arrival check in was a breeze, walking in you’ll be greeted with wine, water, & cold presidenté! I was blown away by the amenities! The thing that did it for me was the balcony. Top Tier host for sure, i will definitely be staying here again!

Check-in was quick and easy, with detailed instructions from the host. The apartment was ideal for a long stay and had everything I needed, washer and drier, a good bathroom and kitchen and even a small pool on the roof and a basic gym . Other positive features were strong wifi and a keypad to enter the apartment which was convenient. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room worked perfectly. The building itself is modern and located in a good neighbourhood with security outside and in the lobby. Close to the boardwalk, supermarkets and local parks. I would highly reccommend staying here, especially if visiting Santo Domingo for a week or longer!

Newer modern building with all amenities, 24 hours security, short walk to some of the best restaurants in the area. Only drawback is that the city is growing so rapidly be prepared for constant construction noise. Bathroom shower does drain very slow, but this Airbnb is built for a long term. Host provided everything one would need for comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

Had a pleasure staying here really like the pool on the roof top great view! Easy to check in and out. The host responded well and communication was on point.
