Keep it simple yet comfortable and inviting at this peaceful and centrally-located nook! This private room is a bedroom in our newly remodeled lower three bedroom apartment. It is decorated light, airy, and boho. We want you to feel at home and comfortable at all times so if you need anything at all from an extra pillow to a recommendation please ask! We pride ourselves in keeping it clean and tidy, so please, do your part! We are located on a quiet, family oriented street.

30 minutes from Highmark Stadium! 10 minutes from the RT 219 Springville Entrance/Exit. 22 minutes to Kissing Bridge Ski Resort. 32 minutes to Ellicottville, NY. The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.
