First floor apartment overlooking Presque Isle Bay and Bayview Park with baseball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, playground, splash pad, and walking/biking trail. Conveniently located close to bayfront attractions, Gannon University, Hamot Hospital, and downtown bars and restaurants. It is a duplex home, and we live upstairs. Everything has been recently remodeled and redecorated with an eclectic, artistic touch. Most of the artwork was created by your hosts and is available for purchase.

A spacious completely renovated home perfect for couples, families, and friends groups right by Lake Erie. Not enough to enjoy here! Our local amusement park Waldameer and famous vacation spot Presque Isle are 20 minutes away. There are hangout spaces within the home as well many spots outside. Whether you want to watch a beautiful sunset, relax by our fire pit area, or enjoy some grilling there’s something for everyone. Keep an eye out for our guest that lives nearby the American Bald Eagle!

The Kinal property includes 60 wooded acres crossed by trails for hiking, snowshoeing or even X-country skiing. Furnished with the personal furniture and art collected by the owners over many years, the townhouse includes master bedroom, large kitchen, combo living room/dining room, and up and down-stairs baths.
