Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Stay in our stylish and charming family beach house in Somers Point, NJ! The beach cottage style home sleeps 4 with a king bed and a double twin bed. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated, the house has everything you need for a seaside vacation. Located one block from the marina and two blocks from the beach, pier, and playground. 6-minute drive to Ocean City or stay in town and explore! This isn't just a rental, it's our beloved family beach house, and we hope you'll love it too.

Second floor duplex condo, with direct ocean views. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, Casper mattresses. Smart TV's in living room and bedrooms. Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

Secluded, clean, light & airy studio unit in a garden setting. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, best suited for peace and relaxation. Studio has it's own deck & yard, and pool area is essentially private also. Location has great access with GSP exit/entrances a minute away. Somers Point restaurants and bars are also just minutes away. Area has great opportunities for kayaking, biking, & the beach This rental prioritizes a clean & healthy ambiance. No cigarette smoking.

Welcome to 4oh9! A renovated duplex within a short walking distance to downtown on a beautiful tree lined street with homes dating back to the 1800’s. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!

JUST 3 BLOCKS to the BEACH and BOARDWALK and Morey's Amusement Piers, this cozy first floor one bedroom with KING and FULL bed can accommodate guests. No cable but Wifi is provided. Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. Walkable to restaurants, Wawa, and Supermarket. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May, and the County Zoo. Only 45 minutes to Atlantic City. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/12.

There is also a patio. It is located on the North end of Brigantine Island in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find the Brigantine golf course and beach (1 mile). Just over the bridge is an abundance of Casinos with various entertainment and numerous restaurants.

Willow's Beachside Loft - 2BD, sleeps 6, big yard!

Nestled under the eaves of our 2nd story beach cottage, this bright and comfortable two bedroom beachside loft captures amazing natural light and embodies the true beach house experience! It comfortably sleeps 6 and is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from the beach and Boardwalk. Enjoy a bright & cheery open floor plan, a big fenced-in yard, and a patio for relaxing & entertaining. Easy access to the Boardwalk, Beach, shopping, & local food!
