Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

With an equipped small kitchen and a toilet with hot shower, It's an ideal place for couples and small families to spend a relaxing quality time in the countryside (no TV, phone + internet connection have weak signal). With beautiful beaches, endless coastline trails and stunning sunsets over the Atlantic, the secret tree cabin invites you to relax and explore the surrounding areas and beautiful beaches by hiking, biking and much more.

Na encosta nascente de Sesimbra, a 1km, cerca de 12m a pé 2 min de carro do centro e da praia, este duplex muito espaçoso tem uma fantástica vista de mar. Nota: o caminho para a praia é feito pela berma da estrada No 2º piso, um quarto de casal, um quarto individual e um grande wc com banheira. Os 2 quartos partilham um terraço de 8 m2 e vista frontal de mar. O 1º andar tem sala, cozinha e wc com duche. A sala tem 1 terraço com 15 m2 e vista frontal de mar. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Breathtaking view in Sesimbra! Overlooking the cliff and the gorgeous California beach, the building has a private beach access and is within a 5 to 10 minute walk into the restaurants / market / shops area in the center of town. A 15 minute drive takes you to the Arrábida Natural Park, a mountain range with incomparable beauty sliding onto white sand and turquoise water beaches, considered one of the natural wonders of Portugal. In 45 minutes you reach Lisbon as well as the airport. .

Atlantic View - A step away from the beach

Atlantic View is located at the seafront, just 1 min. from California Beach. It has a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a second bedroom, offering privacy to all guests. You can relax comfortably on the large balcony that the apartment offers, enjoying the magnificent view over the sea. The apartment is equipped with wi-fi, cable tv, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, among others. Ideal for family or romantic holidays!

Caeiro's Tree by the Beach

Beautiful self-built wooden tree house situated on top of a horizontally-grown pine tree. Only a 5 minute walk from the sea which borders the property. Plenty of privacy around the house and a sunbed for lazing about. The land is part of the natural park, has stunning views across the ocean & amazing sunsets. The cabin is decorated with handmade details, has a comfortable double bed, a fridge & gas stove. We recently installed hot water in the outside shower!

Casinha da Avó - seafront duplex apartment with two bedrooms (double & twin beds), sleeping 4, amazing sea view terrace solely for guests, A\C living area and both bedrooms with kitchenette, deluge shower, centrally located in village just 45 mins from Lisbon. Access: Stairs to the apartment and first floor (bedrooms & shower room), more stairs to the living area and terrace. Between 29 June - 31 Aug require a Saturday changeover & minimum of 7 nights.
