«Terrasse sur le Tage» est un charmant appartement de 55m2 constitué de deux chambres et une terrasse (15m2) avec vue panoramique sur le fleuve de Lisbonne : le Tage. Pour accéder à cette vue, notez que nous sommes au 4ème étage SANS ascenseur, mais l’effort en vaut la peine;) Très lumineux et calme, l'appartement est situé dans le quartier traditionnel de l’Alfama, à 50 mètres du musée du (website hidden) est situé dans la rua Jardim ne Tabacco, à 5 minutes à pied de Santa Apollonia, station de métro et ferroviaire, à 10 minutes de la Praça do Commercio, à 10 minutes de la cathédrale Sé et de la ligne du fameux tramway n°28. Notre appartement est au 4ème étage (SANS ASCENSEUR) d’un bâtiment traditionnel portugais avec des azulejos bleus sur la façade. Notre balcon, orienté plein sud est ensoleillé toute la journée! Nous espérons que vous apprécierez prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon en regardant les voiliers et les ferries voguer… Vous profiterez d’un grand salon confortable avec une cuisine américaine en tadelakt et azulejos. Parquet au sol, grande table ronde pour repas ensoleillés, un piano, un canapé et des étagères avec un grand choix de livres et guides sur Lisboa: n'hésitez pas à les utiliser! Les chambres sont très confortables et les deux ont une vue magnifique sur le fleuve à travers de grandes (website hidden) chambre "rose" est dotée d’un lit double de qualité et de rangements. La chambre "dorée" dispose d'un lit coulissant que vous pouvez choisir pour une ou deux personnes (devient un lit double) et un dressing.Vous avez aussi accès à un lit bébé de voyage (dépliable) 1.20m de longeur. Notre appartement peut facilement convenir pour quatre hôtes, mais est idéal pour accueillir trois personnes ou un couple avec un ou deux enfants. La salle de bain possède une grande douche et des toilettes. Petit plus: comme la douche a été construite sur le balcon, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur le fleuve tout en prenant votre douche! Équipement de l'appartement: Stéréo, TV (pas de chaînes uniquement pour lire des DVD), lecteur DVD, lave-vaisselle, lave - linge, plaques avec une hotte aspirante, un aspirateur, un réfrigérateur avec un congélateur, un grille-pain, une bouilloire, une cafetière, un sèche-cheveux, un fer à repasser, un aspirateur, des chauffages à bain d’huile et la climatisation.Draps et serviettes de toilette sont également inclus.BBQ sur le balcon. Équipement extérieur: une table en marbre, des chaises et deux transats pour la sieste. Transports: Lorsque vous arrivez par l'aéroport, vous avez deux options:Vous pouvez prendre un taxi qui vous conduira à la maison en 15 minutes pour environ 10 € (+ 1,50€ par bagage). Prendre le taxi au niveau des Départs, au niveau supérieur à l'extérieur de l'aéroport, ils appliquent le tarif normal, les autres le tarif touristes! Demandez leur de passer le long du Tejo ce sera plus rapide. Les taxis peuvent vous amener au pied de notre immeuble, s'ils ne connaissent pas le nom de notre rue dites leur que c'est dans la rue du Musée du Fado.Vous pouvez également prendre la ligne rouge du métro jusqu’à Sao Sebastiao, puis changer pour la ligne bleue jusqu'à Santa Apolonia, le terminus. Environ 1h de trajet pour 1,25 € par personne.En voiture: l'un des grands avantages de notre appartement, est qu'il est situé au coeur de l'Alfama, mais vous pouvez tout de même facilement vous garer dans notre rue où les voitures sont autorisées! Le quartier de l'Alfama est le plus vieux quartier de Lisbonne, le seul qui ai survécu au tremblement de terre de 1755. Il a gardé son ambiance de village avec ses rues étroites, ses centaines d'escaliers, ses impasses et «Becos». Il y règne une ambiance mystérieuse ! Nous espérons que vous apprécierez vous perdre dans ce labyrinthe. Deux très belles églises blanches à proximité : Sao Miguel et San Estevao. Vous résiderez au cœur du quartier du Fado dans un environnement remarquable tout en restant à proximité des lieux touristiques les plus importants de la capitale. Vous serez à quelques minutes à pied de la Praça do Commercio (l'endroit le plus central de Lisbonne, où vous trouverez l'office du tourisme) et le quartier de Baixa. Un très bon endroit pour faire du shopping, vous y trouverez les marques internationales comme les vêtements traditionnels portugais et des boutiques de décoration. Il y a un magasin de location de vélos à 500 mètres de notre appartement, qui loue également des vélos électriques, très utiles avec toutes les collines raides de Lisboa. En traversant le quartier de l'Alfama, vous trouverez la ligne 28 de tramway (que vous pouvez voir sur toutes les cartes postales de Lisboa!) qui vous amènera en quelques minutes dans les autres quartiers de Lisboa: Bairro Alto, Santa Catarina, Sao Bento, Estrella et, enfin, Campo de Ourique.Plusieurs bus vont de Santa Apollonia à Cais do Sodré (phone number hidden)). A partir de cette gare, vous trouverez des trains à destination de Belem, Sintra, Cascais et ses plages: Carcovelos ou Praia do Guincho par exemple. Boutiques, restaurants et bars: Vous trouverez le supermarché de proximité «Pingo Doce» à Santa Apolonia, ouvert tous les jours 8 heures-21 heures.Le plus grand marché aux puces de la ville «Ladra da Feira» a lieu deux fois par semaine, le mardi et le samedi, à Sao Vicente da Fora, juste derrière la Pentiao, à 10mn à pied. Pour une expérience gastronomique il y a une épicerie, une pâtisserie et une boulangerie très bonne sur le Largo do Chafariz de Dentro, la belle place à 50 mètres de la maison juste en face du Musée do Fado. Vous trouverez plusieurs restaurants traditionnels portugais qui y installent des tables à l'extérieur: un endroit parfait pour un déjeuner typique au soleil. Notre restaurant préféré, celui dans le coin supérieur droit: un excellent poisson grillé à prix imbattable!La nuit, vous êtes au coeur du quartier des meilleurs clubs de fado. L’un d’entre eux est dans la rue perpendiculaire à la nôtre, Beco do Melo: Guitarras de Lisbonne. Mais nous pensons que le meilleur est dans la Rua dos Remedios: Mesa de Frades. N'oubliez pas de réserver votre table! Plus tard, vous pourrez prendre un verre dehors au Ginjinha da Sé (propriétaires très gentils ici), Pois Café ou Ondajazz. Pour les nightclubber, nous sommes également proche de la discothèque mythique de Lisbonne: le Lux!

Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Enjoy your holidays in this apartment located in the heart of Alfama, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful viewpoint of Portas do Sol. You have to take into account that access is not indicated for people with difficulties in climbing stairs, as you will have to climb a lot to reach the apartment, which can be uncomfortable. There is no parking nearby, avoid booking the apartment if you have rented a car, pedestrian access only, which makes the neighborhood calm.
