Located in a 19th century building and featuring a lovely garden, The Friendly Apartament offers accommodation at Ion Luca Caragiale, nr.2 in Timisoara. The property is conveniently located at just 1.1 km away from St. George's Cathedral and 1.7 km from the city centre. The nearest tram station is at 2 min walk from the building. Merlot restaurant is situated 300 m away from the location. ZHH Termal, Timisoreana Beer Factory and Dinar restaurant are about 10 min walking from the property.

If you are on a short term visit, a family holiday, or on a business trip, welcome to my modern and charming garden house, a unique place to stay in Timisoara. Surrounded by green gardens, here you will find enjoyment in a modern home, with a soft touch of nature and quality interior design. Garden House is also great for a work-from-home alternative, or for family activities. We are taking great hygiene measures, properly ventilating, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces after each guest.

The apartment is completely renovated in a modern style, perfect to make your stay in Timisoara more pleasant. It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street. It consists of bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped) open space with bedroom. WiFi and Smart TV is available and free! Our guests will have access to all amenities of the apartment and we hope they will feel like home.

Casa Speranta Vis de iarna la bunici!

Cabana este situata intr-o vale minunata inconjurata de munti unde privelistea te vrajeste. Casa este confortabila , cu toate dotarile necesare unei sederi linistite . Singurul zgomot este strigatul cocosilor din vecini, un latrat indepartat si susurul apei ce trece prin fata casei. Daca ai uitat sa iti aduci ceva, cele doua magazine din sat pot completa acest disconfort. Din sat , de la localnici puteti cumpara , lapte , oua, branza și o pâine de casă nemaipomenita!

Enjoy nature with a spectacular view. A small cozy cabin for two, perfect for city escapes and relaxation, perfect for couples retreat. Please take into consideration that the cabin is not for children or infants. Maximum 2 grown-ups. Also, consider, that during summer, on the perimeter there can be up to 6 turists who also share the surroundings with you. It is a secluded location from towns and villages, but not a cabin in the middle of nowhere.
